We never stopped fighting.

They locked us up. They threw us in solitary. They tried to break us and turn us into examples for anyone who dared stand with Donald Trump. But here we are. Free. And now we are taking the fight straight back to them.

On April 30, 2026, in the Middle District of Florida, we filed our amended civil complaint. Me, Zach Rehl, Ethan Nordean, Joseph Biggs, and Dominic Pezzola. We are suing the United States of America, FBI Special Agent Nicole Miller in her individual capacity, and a whole crew of unknown FBI and DOJ agents who helped carry out the most corrupt political prosecution in modern American history.

This lawsuit is no symbolic gesture. We have added new charges and one defendant. We are now holding them accountable under the Constitution and under 42 U.S.C. § 1985, the Ku Klux Klan Act. That law was written to crush conspiracies by government officials who deprive American citizens of their civil rights. They used it against the Klan back in the day. Now we are using it against the modern version: federal agents and prosecutors who conspired to frame us, spy on us, tamper with evidence, intimidate witnesses, and destroy our lives simply because we supported Donald Trump and thought differently from the regime in power.

The government itself just admitted we were right.

On April 14, 2026, the DOJ filed an unopposed motion in the D.C. Circuit asking the court to vacate our seditious conspiracy convictions and remand the cases for dismissal with prejudice. They are finally saying what we have said for years. This whole thing was a political hit job cooked up by the Biden administration to take down Trump and his strongest supporters. They wanted Trump in prison so he could not run again. They wanted us in prison so no one would dare stand with him. They overplayed their hand. They overprosecuted. They turned minor trespassing into fake insurrection charges with a novel tool theory garbage that never should have seen the light of day.

If they had just charged everyone who walked into the Capitol with trespassing and given community service like normal people, none of this would have happened. No need for pardons. No need for commutations. No need for this lawsuit. But they did not want normal. They wanted blood. They wanted to make examples of us. And they failed.

President Trump saw through it immediately. He pardoned me fully on day one. He commuted the sentences of the rest of the guys. Now the DOJ under this new administration is doing what the criminal division already knows is right. They are cleaning house on the seditious conspiracy hoax. That is exactly the position they are going to take when they respond to this civil suit. They have to. The same evidence that got our criminal convictions vacated proves the civil claims.

This is what we voted for.

In the last few weeks the DOJ has been delivering real accountability. They indicted James Comey again. They hit the Southern Poverty Law Center with fraud and money laundering charges for secretly paying the very extremists they claimed to fight. They indicted the terrorists who attacked TPUSA reporter Savannah Hernandez during that Minneapolis ICE protest. They brought charges against someone close to Anthony Fauci. This is the kind of action the American people demanded.

I could not even vote in 2024 because I was stuck in solitary confinement. That is exactly what I am suing them for.

But let us be clear about something important. Suing federal prosecutors and FBI agents is one of the hardest things you can do in this country. They hide behind absolute immunity most of the time. They think they are untouchable. We just made sure they are not.

By naming the individuals personally, we put them on the hook. They violated our Fourth Amendment rights with illegal surveillance of our jail calls and emails with lawyers. They violated our Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights by spying on our defense strategy through paid confidential informants. They destroyed exculpatory evidence. They coerced false testimony. They threw us in solitary for years with no cause, denied us medical care, denied us family visits, and tried to bankrupt our families.

They made Zach miss the birth and early years of his youngest daughter. They robbed Joseph Biggs, a decorated Army staff sergeant with two Purple Hearts earned defending this country, of his honor and his freedom. They robbed Ethan Nordean of his business and time with his family. They robbed Dominic Pezzola of watching his baby girl grow up and graduate. They put me in solitary confinement for nearly three straight years. They put my family through hell. They tried to silence all of us for the rest of our lives because we thought differently from the regime in power.

I do not wish them physical harm. I wish them justice.

Justice for every tear my mother shed behind that visitation glass. Justice for every night my brothers spent wondering if they would ever get their lives back. Justice for every American who saw the two-tiered system and lost faith in the country.

I have full confidence that this DOJ is going to do the right thing.

Todd Blanche sat in that courtroom and fought for President Trump the same way we did. He knows what political persecution looks like. He knows what it feels like when the system is weaponized against you. Harmeet Dhillon and Ed Martin are in key positions now too. This team gets it. They understand that what happened to us was persecution, plain and simple.

The DOJs own criminal division already took the correct position when they moved to vacate our convictions. They will take the same position when they respond to this civil suit. They have to. The truth is on our side.

The person who led the malicious prosecution for the DOJ was none other than Jocelyn Ballantine. She was one of the main architects of this entire nightmare. She sat across the table from us day after day in that courtroom, meticulously plotting how to bury us. She helped coach false testimony. She helped embed confidential informants to spy on our defense team and violate attorney-client privilege. She helped threaten witnesses to keep exculpatory evidence from the jury. She was in the middle of it all.

She tried to destroy us.

Now the tables have turned. She is the defendant. We are the plaintiffs. The hunted have become the hunters, just like President Trump always says.

We built the Proud Boys as a patriotic organization for young men who love this country and want to defend Western civilization. The far-left smeared us, the media lied about us, and the Biden DOJ tried to erase us. They failed.

We are still here.

We are stronger.

And now we are the ones demanding accountability in a court of law.

This lawsuit is monumental. Suing the government and its top prosecutors is never easy. But we have the truth. We have the evidence. We have the pardons and commutations and now the DOJs own motion admitting the whole case was built on lies.

Justice will be served in that Florida courtroom.

The hunted have become the hunters.

And we are not stopping until every last one of them answers for what they did.

This is still America.

And in America, no one, not even the people who wear the badge or carry the title of prosecutor, gets to destroy innocent men and their families just because they supported the wrong politician.

We are holding them to account.

For us.

For our families.

For every single American who believes the rule of law still means something.
