We just won one.

A ragtag group of Proud Boys, the same guys the media loves to call terrorists and extremists, just forced one of the most powerful, pedophilic law firms in America to stumble on our trademark.

Paul Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP thought they could help a woke church steal the Proud Boys name. They filed the application. They pushed it through the system. They were ready to own it forever and use it against us.

Then I made one two hour phone call to the USPTO.

And everything fell apart.

The churchs trademark application is now suspended. They will never own the Proud Boys mark. Not now. Not ever.

Weve had that trademark since 2017. We never really needed the piece of paper. The name belonged to us because we built it with blood, sweat, brotherhood, and real sacrifice. But Paul Weiss and their SJW clients thought they could take it from us through lawfare and bureaucratic sleight of hand. They were wrong.

I even bought one of the Proud Boys shirts the church was selling to mock us. I wear it with pride. Let that sink in. They tried to profit off our name, and now their whole scheme is stalled in the USPTO.

This is how a group of so called misfits just beat one of the biggest, most connected pedophilic law firms in the country at their own game.

Lets talk about who Paul Weiss really is.

This is the same firm neck deep in the Epstein world. Former chairman Brad Karp had personal emails with Epstein. The firm represented Leon Black during his Epstein fee disputes. Theyve spent decades cozying up to the exact kind of elite pedophiles and power brokers that the rest of us are supposed to hate. Yet they have the nerve to lecture the country about hate and extremism while representing a church that wants to erase a group of patriotic men.

Its actually quite fitting that this SJW church hired a pedophilic law firm to do their dirty work. Birds of a feather.

The church has no right to this trademark. The court has no jurisdiction to hand it over like some kind of reparations prize. Look at the Mongols biker club case. The government tried the same RICO trick to seize their name and lost. The courts eventually ruled you cant just strip a group of its identity like that. Same principle applies here. Paul Weiss and their client are going to learn the hard way.

One two hour call from me to the USPTO triggered the suspension. Thats all it took. The application is now frozen because of earlier conflicting filings, the ones we actually own. They will never register it. They will never own it. The Proud Boys name belongs to us, and no amount of lawfare from Epstein adjacent pedophilic lawyers or woke churches is going to change that.

This whole saga is proof that the elite system is not invincible. A bunch of guys they love to smear just forced one of the most connected law firms in America to stumble.

Paul Weiss can keep clutching their pearls. They can keep representing clients who hate everything we stand for. They can keep pretending theyre on the side of justice while their own history is soaked in the worst kind of elite corruption and pedophile protection.

But they will not take our name.

This is ours.

You will not take it.

The suspension notice from the USPTO is clear. The application is on hold because of earlier conflicting filings. Those filings are ours. The church and Paul Weiss are now in limbo. They can try to fight it, but the path forward is blocked. They lost this round.

And they lost it to a group of guys they love to call deplorables and extremists.

Thats the beauty of it.

Paul Weiss can keep pretending theyre the good guys. They can keep taking Epstein adjacent clients and wrapping themselves in progressive virtue signaling. They can keep suing conservatives and claiming its about justice. But the record is clear. They tried to steal our name and they failed.

This is a small victory, but its a meaningful one. It shows that even the biggest, most connected law firm in the country can be beaten when regular people push back. It shows that the system isnt completely rigged when someone is willing to fight.

We’ve had the name since 2017. We never really needed the trademark to exist, but now we know they cant take it from us. The church has no right to it. The court has no jurisdiction to give it to them. The USPTO suspension is the first step in making that official.

This is our name. This is our identity. This is our fight.

And were not giving it up.
