They Targeted Veterans for the Loot: The Predatory Pattern of @SafetyNotorious and @CHIMPUSX
They operate as a team.
Not with matching logos or joint livestreams, but in method, in target selection, and in outcome. @SafetyNotorious (Shane Brian Strait) and @CHIMPUSX (Fiore) have shown a consistent pattern of zeroing in on female veterans — women who served this country and often have stable retirement income or benefits, but who may not be deeply plugged into the online grift ecosystem. They build some kind of rapport. They create emotional connection. They make it feel personal or like they’re building something together. Then they extract money.
Every conversation eventually trends toward the same destination: how to get paid. How to get the setup. How to quit the real job. How to make it on X. The actual work is secondary. The goal is the extraction.
Shane learned from Fiore. Or at minimum, they recognized a shared talent in each other. The “new setup” grift is their signature move. They claim they need thousands of dollars for high-end equipment to podcast, make memes, and do “OSINT.” A serious content setup does not require a $9,000 rig. My setup at WarBoys Studios runs on a $500 iMac and produces cleaner, more professional results than anything either of them has shown. They use AI for memes. They are not rendering high-end video in real time. They wanted the money. They use AI for most of their memes and graphics anyway. The expensive setup story is just the hook to get money.
This is fraud. Telling someone you need money for a specific purpose, taking that money, and then never following through on the original promise while using the money for something else. That is exactly what happened here.
The Pattern They Share
Both men have foreign wives. That is not a coincidence in this pattern. They target women who may not have full context on who they really are. They pick on the vulnerable. They have consistently targeted female veterans more than others. Their actions are predatory. Every conversation they have with people seems designed, in one way or another, to extract money.
They also move in similar circles and back each other when one of them gets in trouble. When accusations started coming out about Shane, Fiore immediately jumped in publicly to defend him and attack the people raising the issues. That kind of coordinated defense shows they understand they are connected in the eyes of the people they have dealt with. They protect each other when it benefits them. They cover each others crimes when necessary.
How It Started With Me
I spent over three years in federal prison for standing with the Proud Boys and President Trump. I did not fold. I did not turn on my guys. When I got out, I saw Fiore praising the Proud Boys online. I appreciated it. A lot of people turned on us or stayed quiet during that time. Seeing someone speak positively stood out.
But it didn’t take long to notice something was off. He had an obsession with naming my guys. During situations at ICE facilities, while my guys were doing private security details for streamers and journalists and deliberately not wearing colors so they wouldn’t distract from the actual story being covered, he kept bringing up their names. He was attacking other conservatives I knew personally too, saying things that I knew weren’t true. When I looked into it, it was clear he was doing it out of personal animus. Someone took a view he didn’t like, or didn’t give him the respect he felt he deserved, and he would turn on them completely. He would use whatever goodwill or attention he had built to go after them. It’s the same tactic a lot of people have seen from yet another online scammer, @DiligentDenizen.
Back in 2020 I had a small public exchange with Catturd about a Proud Boys event. It wasn’t anything serious. Fiore tried to use that old interaction against me later. It didn’t work on me, but I watched him try. While we were going back and forth, something else started happening. People began messaging me privately. They were telling me stories about being financially screwed by Fiore. And some of those messages also mentioned Shane. That’s when I really started paying attention and digging.
Fiore went after a friend of mine — @ArkyPatriot, a female Marine and one of the kindest, most genuine people on this platform. He posted a picture of her. That was the last straw for me. I consider her a sister and a hero. At that point, a response was necessary.
What Happened to Cari
Cari is a retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant. She served this country and earned her retirement the hard way. She is not someone who spends her days online studying how these spaces operate or how people run games on each other. She didn’t even know how to send a DM when this started.
Fiore was deep into one of his long, unhinged rants against Emerald Robinson. Shane jumped in. He presented himself as the reasonable one who was just trying to explain the situation. He started talking to Cari. He asked to follow her. He moved the conversation into DMs. He sent her his phone number without her asking for it and told her she could call him during “business hours”. At the same time, he was calling her from the closet at night. He talked about compatibility and zodiac signs. He made her feel like he actually cared about what she had to say and what she had been through. She was financially stable from her retirement and pension. She mentioned that. That is when the communication became much more frequent and personal.
He told her he needed a new setup. He showed her a picture of Fiore’s equipment and said it would cost $9,000. She offered to help him. She sent the money through her USAA credit card to his PayPal in increments because the full amount at once triggered a fraud alert and credit limit issue. The statements show multiple $500 payments labeled as Entertainment in April 2026. She had also given him money earlier for a subscription. The total came to $9,000 for the setup.
Cari’s Card Statements
The understanding was straightforward. She was helping him get the equipment so he could do this work full time. She wanted to see pictures and receipts once everything was purchased. She never received either. After the money was sent, his interest in talking to her dropped off noticeably. When she asked about the equipment and when he was going to buy it, he made excuses and delayed. When she finally confronted him about the whole situation and how he had handled it, he blocked her.
Her last message to him was simple and direct: “You could have apologized. Explained things to me. Yet you blocked me. After all I did to help you.”

On Sunday, Fiore publicly stated he was going to refund her. In the same statement, he made it clear he was also going to post her information. That is not someone trying to make something right. That is a threat. If the money was really for equipment he planned to buy, there would be no reason to threaten to expose her personal information. This was never a donation. This was money taken through deception from a veteran who served this country.

Cari has disputed the transactions. The case is currently under review. Another Marine who spoke up in her defense publicly later had a picture of the front of her home sent to her. These women are afraid. That kind of intimidation has to stop.
Fiore admitted on Sunday that none of the money has been spent. If that is actually true, then the solution is simple. Return the money and apologize. If they believe anything I have written here is false, they are free to sue me. They will not do that, because what I have written is true and they know it.
Fiore’s Pattern
Fiore has a longer track record of the same behavior. Multiple women have come forward with stories that follow a very similar shape. He builds some kind of relationship or connection, creates a need or a story about what he’s trying to build, gets money or support, and then moves on when it stops being useful or when he gets confronted. He has a history of showing up places unannounced. There are police reports connected to some of these situations. He has moved around constantly, staying in different states for short periods before getting kicked out or moving on. He has changed usernames more than twenty times. He leaves just enough of a trail to keep people interested but stays hard to pin down. To date the total amount taken from these women is over $10,000.
During Trump’s first term, when he was unemployed, he openly asked people for money online. That seemed to be when he first got comfortable taking other people’s money for his own use. After that, the targets got bigger and more specific. Veterans. People with steady income from benefits or retirement. People who might be more willing to help someone who presents themselves as struggling but trying to build something.
He has used FriendFinder and BeenVerified to track down women he was involved with and show up unannounced. Every conversation people have with him seems to circle back to money — how they can tweet their way into riches, how he can quit working, how someone else should fund his lifestyle. It is predatory. It is consistent.
My Background and Why This Matters
I am not new to this kind of fight.
For more than twenty years I have stayed loyal to the people I consider my pack and to President Trump. I helped take down a network of Mexican national pedophilic sex traffickers. Thirty of them. Two are serving life sentences. I put myself at risk and worked undercover in Mexico to make that happen. They were running multiple businesses while trafficking women. I am proud of that work. When people try to call me a fed because of it, I take it as a compliment. While Fiore and Shane have been bringing women into this country under questionable circumstances and marrying them, I was working to stop predators who were trafficking and abusing people. These are facts.
Shane and Fiore have spent their time targeting veterans for money. They have used emotional manipulation and false promises to take from people who served this country. When they got exposed, they responded with threats instead of accountability. That is the difference between the kind of person I am and the kind of people they are.
The Reckoning
This is where they made their mistake.
You fucked with the wrong predator. You targeted the wolf not a sheep.
You knocked on the wrong door.
You targeted veterans who served this country. You used emotional manipulation, false promises, and deception to take their money. And when you got caught, you threatened to dox them instead of making it right.
They call themselves chimps. “They chimp’n out right now”. That is fine. But understand this:
You picked the wrong one this time.
The receipts are already public. And if either of you or anyone in your crew goes after these women at their homes, you will pay for it in ways the internet cannot protect you from.
Challenge me.
Our history speaks for itself.

These screenshots are dated AFTER Shane received the money from Cari. In an incredible self own, Fiore proves our claim that after the money was sent communications went sour and then ceased completely after Shane got the loot. While he did hide his relationship with Cari from his wife and hid in the closet to speak to her, the fraud that occurred was the fact that Shane asked for money for a new PC he NEVER purchased. This can all be resolved by either showing receipts of purchase or returning the funds. And a PUBLIC apology by Shane and Fiore to Cari for defrauding her of her military pay. Thanks for playing!

A huge thank you to @RealKeatonHobby for helping my compile this.
But the real THANK YOU goes to Cari and the other women that came forward. If any other victims of these two fraudsters want to come forward, I welcome you to DM me and will keep you anonymous.
