Pam Bondi’s departure from the Department of Justice is actually good news. We’re not mourning it one bit.

She had one critical job that mattered more than anything else: deliver real accountability for the weaponized DOJ that went after President Trump and his supporters. She failed miserably at that.

Sure, we can acknowledge she handled some basic parts of the job — lower murder rates and a few other routine metrics any Attorney General is supposed to deliver. But that’s not what we voted for. We didn’t vote for marginally better performance. We didn’t even vote for cheaper eggs and gas. We voted because we saw a Department of Justice that had been turned into a political hit squad. We voted to end the two-tiered system of justice and hold the people responsible accountable. On that score, Pam Bondi delivered absolutely nothing.

For the entirety of our release from prison over a year ago, we’ve tried tirelessly to file motions to put on record the abuses we have endured with the intentions of having our convictions overturned since we aren’t all pardoned and still suffer from it. Every step of the way, the DOJ has either vigorously fought against us to get these things on record, played fast and loose by trying to discredit our legitimate claims, and even deployed delay tactics to prevent explosive new evidence from making it into our appeal brief, evidence that destroys the seditious conspiracy narrative which would not only help the Proud Boys, but also President Trump. The fact that the DOJ is doing all this behind President Trumps back proves there are a lot more problems with the DOJ than the average American can even fathom.

That’s not speculation. That’s our daily reality. Enrique is the only one of us who received a full pardon. Zach, Ethan Nordean, Joseph Biggs, and Dominic Pezzola only had our sentences commuted. We’re still branded as convicted felons because the underlying cases were never thrown out. So we kept fighting — motions to dismiss with prejudice, Rule 33 motions for new trials based on newly discovered evidence, emergency requests to hold appeals in abeyance. The documents are public. The government’s opposition briefs are brutal. They argued the Biden DOJ did nothing wrong. They fought us every inch of the way while claiming to serve the same President who called our prosecutions a “grave national injustice.”

Then there’s Jocelyn Ballantine. The same prosecutor who ran our seditious conspiracy case is still on the payroll at DOJ — and she’s even working the pipe-bomber case now. Pam Bondi kept her. She should have been fired on day one. We also have the sworn affidavit and video depositions from Jeremy Bertino, the government’s star witness, recanting key parts of his testimony and detailing how FBI Special Agent Nicole Miller and prosecutors coerced him. Bertino says they threatened him with 25 years unless he changed his story to fit the conspiracy narrative. Nicole Miller is still employed, by the way. Thanks, Bongino. She even tapped into attorney-client privileged communications. None of that has been addressed.

When the five of us filed a civil lawsuit against the federal government for the years of hell, the lost wages, the destroyed reputations, and the pain inflicted on our families, Pam Bondi’s DOJ came back with the same tired line: the government is immune. They defended the very machine that weaponized the law against us.

Look at the numbers. They tell the whole story.

Zero arrests for the Russian Collusion Hoax. Zero for January 6th itself. Zero for the Mar-a-Lago raid. Zero for the Biden autopen. Zero for the 2020 election. Zero for the Epstein pedophile network. Zero for COVID. Zero for Benghazi. Zero for the DOGE findings. Zero for the Ukraine impeachment hoax. And if we’re being honest, add Crossfire Hurricane to the list — that’s also zero. Hell, if you really think about it, it’s not even zero. It’s negative two. Comey and Letitia James got away clean while failed indictments piled up. America’s biggest criminals aren’t on the streets. They’re in our government. Some of them got promoted. Others retired comfortably on taxpayer pensions.

We’re two years into the second Trump administration and the people who orchestrated this still walk free. Some J6ers who were locked up just days after January 6th managed to drag their cases past the 2025 inauguration with nothing but public defenders and pro bono lawyers. Imagine what Merrick Garland, Nancy Pelosi, or DCAG Matthew Graves could do with the full machine behind them — the same machine built during the Obama and Biden years. They’d push their cases past the next inauguration and pray a liberal steals the election and drops everything. Peter Navarro did 90 days for contempt of Congress. The same crime Merrick Garland committed when Rep. Luna sent a criminal referral to the Garland DOJ — and Garland refused his own indictment. Can we at least get 90 days from Garland? For the love of God.

The President is in real danger when he leaves office. The snakes are still lurking in the grass. If Democrats steal another election in 2028, they won’t play the same game. They’ll run the reverse-Biden playbook. During Biden’s term they imprisoned Trump’s supporters first, then came for Trump himself. They tried to use Enrique to turn on the President and knock him off the ballot. On January 20, 2029, they’ll flip the script. They’ll go after Trump first — the loudest voice, the staunchest supporter — so he can’t protect the rest of us. Then they’ll come for the supporters. It’s reverse chess: take the king piece out first, then pick off the knights, rooks, bishops, and pawns. Pam Bondi was supposed to be the enforcer of the rule of law. She was the most important person in Trump’s cabinet because everything our country was founded on depends on the law. She was supposed to stop this.

We lost years of our lives rotting in a cell. None of the people who put us there are in prison. My mother’s tears need to be paid for. My family’s sorrows need to be amended.

Without accountability, freedom is just an illusion. Without justice, every other victory our great President has had will be for nothing — all in vain. We must make these people answer for the most heinous crimes in American history: the crime of betraying your fellow countrymen for political gain.

That’s why we’re not mourning Pam Bondi’s departure. We’re relieved. The fight for real accountability just got one obstacle out of the way. Now let’s finish the job.
